Six disciplines, engineered to fit together.

We build software, hardware, and robots, audit AI systems, secure what you already run, and plan the technology that connects them. Deep ownership on every engagement.

01

Software development

Product engineering from first commit to production, both for companies who need software shipped and for our own products. We build full-stack web applications, native and Android (APK) mobile apps, and the APIs and platforms behind them, and we own the parts most teams skip: authentication, reputation, data models, and the code paths that only fail at scale. We work primarily in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, and SQL, reach for Rust, Go, Swift, Kotlin, or C and C++ when the problem calls for it, and add new languages as a project demands. What you get is software that is documented, observable, and built to last, not a demo that collapses the moment real traffic arrives.

  • Full-stack web and API platforms
  • Native and Android (APK) mobile apps
  • Type-safe data models and migrations
  • Authentication, reputation, and encryption systems
  • TypeScript, Python, Rust, Go, and more as needed
  • Performance, observability, and load hardening
02

Hardware

Where software meets the physical world. For companies, that can mean standing up and configuring servers and infrastructure, integrating devices and firmware, and wiring the sensors and cloud services behind them. For our own work, it is the hardware layer beneath products like Solis OS. We treat the seam between silicon and software as a first-class part of the system rather than an afterthought, and from a first working prototype to small-batch production we design the provisioning, telemetry, and update paths that keep servers and fleets healthy long after launch.

  • Server and infrastructure setup
  • Embedded firmware and device integration
  • Sensor and telemetry pipelines
  • Device to cloud provisioning and updates
  • Prototype to small-batch production support
03

AI auditing

Independent review and ongoing monitoring of the AI systems you already run, for companies deploying models and agents and for the intelligence inside our own products. This goes well beyond prompt testing. We build software plugins and dashboards that track model behavior in production, flag bias and drift as they happen, and watch for failure modes, prompt injection, data and prompt leakage, and unsafe autonomy. Every finding is reproducible, tied to a test in a reusable harness, and written up so your team can act on it. As AI moves deeper into products, and with Solis OS into the operating system itself, this is the discipline that keeps it trustworthy.

  • Continuous AI monitoring and tracking plugins
  • Bias, drift, and safety detection in production
  • Model and agent red teaming
  • Prompt injection and data exfiltration testing
  • Governance and reporting you can act on
04

Cybersecurity

Security engineering for organizations that treat a breach as an existential event, not a line item. We work both sides of the wire: adversarial testing that models a funded, patient attacker, and the defensive engineering that closes what it finds. That means threat modeling before architecture is locked, penetration testing and red teaming against live systems, cryptographic review of key handling and end-to-end encryption (E2EE) designs, secure software supply chain and secrets hygiene, hardened cloud and network posture, and detection engineering so an intrusion is seen in minutes rather than months. We also stand up incident response readiness, so the first time your team runs the playbook is not during the incident. Every finding arrives with a reproduction, a severity you can defend to a board, and a fix, not a scanner export. This is the same discipline we apply to our own platforms, where encryption, access control, and audit trails are load bearing in production.

  • Threat modeling and security architecture review
  • Penetration testing and adversarial red teaming
  • Cryptography and end-to-end encryption (E2EE) review
  • Cloud, network, and infrastructure hardening
  • Detection engineering and security monitoring
  • Incident response readiness and post-breach review
05

Technology planning

The architecture and roadmap work that happens before a line of code. We help companies tailor the technology they need to fit the direction they are headed: we map the constraints, name the real risks, sequence the build, and choose durable tools so your team can move fast with confidence. The output is a plan tied to real budgets and timelines, plus the technical due diligence to back your build, buy, and sequencing decisions. It is the same rigor we apply to our own bets, from Capsule to Solis OS.

  • Technology strategy aligned to your direction
  • Architecture and system design reviews
  • Build, buy, and sequencing decisions
  • Technical due diligence
  • Roadmaps tied to real constraints and budgets
06

Robotics

Robotics is where every other discipline in this studio meets at once: hardware that has to survive the real world, software that cannot pause to ask, AI that has to be right the first time, and security on a machine that moves. We build autonomy stacks end to end. Perception and multi-sensor fusion, so a machine resolves radar, sonar, lidar, optical, thermal, and inertial data into one picture it can trust. State estimation and navigation that hold when GPS is jammed, spoofed, or simply absent. Motion planning and control loops tuned against the physics of the actual platform rather than a simulator's version of it. Onboard compute, so autonomy survives a lost link instead of stalling until the network returns. Plus the fleet layer: telemetry, safe remote supervision, and over-the-air updates that cannot brick a machine in the field. We take autonomy seriously as a safety discipline, which means fail-safe behavior, bounded operating envelopes, and a human able to intervene. We are applying this practice to our own uncrewed surface vessel, the hardest environment we could have picked to prove it in.

  • Autonomy stacks, from perception to control
  • Multi-sensor fusion (radar, sonar, lidar, optical, inertial)
  • SLAM, state estimation, and GPS-denied navigation
  • Motion planning and real-time control loops
  • Uncrewed marine, ground, and aerial platforms
  • Fleet telemetry, safe teleoperation, and OTA updates
